1. Services
Whitcroft IT provides managed IT support, computer repair, and related technology services from our store at Unit 1/3 Thornborough Rd, Greenfields WA 6210, Australia. All services are subject to availability and these terms.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Diagnostic assessments are provided free of charge. Work will not commence without your approval of the quoted price. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes after approval.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Outstanding invoices may incur a late payment fee after 30 days.
4. Warranty
All repairs and parts are covered by a warranty as specified at the time of service. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorised modifications after our service.
5. Data & Privacy
We take reasonable care to protect your data during service. However, we recommend backing up all data before handing over your device. We are not liable for data loss during repair or service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal information.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost revenue, data, or business interruption.
7. Managed IT Agreements
Managed IT support agreements are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Services outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
8. Communications
By providing your phone number through our contact form, you consent to receiving SMS updates related to your enquiry or service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
